TBH I think I was a total pain in the posterior and they were very helpful and very patient. Later, I again changed my mind about the selected drone. *I had dealings with a number of staff during this process and all were helpful, friendly and great. I'd found another that better met my needs, in the same price bracket.

Customer service trumps lowest price everytime, for us it's the primary consideration, we apply more bias to it over price. Those elements being customer service- 65% or more, price- 35% or less. For us there are two integral elements of a retail experience which we weight differently to each other.
